Vendor Information & Submission
Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of Ridgewood’s Christmas Market & Fair!
In 2024 we had a very talented selection of artists and artisans (please check out our past vendors here), and welcomed approximately 450-500 attendees to our market. Along with the market, we host a concession out of our commercial kitchen, a family craft area, a 50/50 raffle, and door prizes. We’re excited to be hosting this event again this year.
Market Date: Saturday, November 29 from 10 am to 3:30 pm
Why Can Apply
All vendors that make/design their own goods are welcome to apply. This can be anything from art, to textiles, to paper goods, to holiday goods, to food items (please see note about food vendors under Food Vendors below), to jewelry, and beyond! As long as you make your items, we’d love to have you send in a submission. We’re looking for a fun, eclectic group of makers for our market.
All applications must be made online through the form below. Please note that we cannot accept fax, mailed, telephone, or email applications.
Food Vendors
Ridgewood is accepting food vendors for low-risk foods only at this time. All accepted food vendors must have completed the Alberta Food Safety Basics for Farmers’ Markets offered for free from AHS, and present their certificate with their table payment. Ridgewood is defining low risk foods to align the Government of Alberta’s low-risk items, which are outlined on the last page on this sheet.
Vendor Guidelines
All vendors must read the guidelines here prior to submitting their application.
Please note that this is a handmade fair. Items being sold must be made by the vendor or be wholly designed by the vendor if commercially produced (e.g. magnets and pins designed by an artist and then printed commercially). Please be sure to fully read the guidelines linked above prior to submitting. We do not accept resellers, or multi-level marketing.
Table Pricing
8 ft table: $35
6 ft table: $25
5 ft table: $20
- There is no sharing/subletting of tables. One vendor per table.
- We supply the tables and chairs. Vendors supply their own linens and display.
- While we try to honour table requests, please note six and five foot tables are limited and may sell out. Vendors will be presented with other options at acceptance if their requested size is no longer available.
Submissions Close: Friday, October 10, 2025
Vendors notified by: Friday, October 17, 2025 (please note this date is subject to change depending on the number of submissions)
Payments/certifications (if required) due: Friday, October 24, 2025
Payments will be accepted via cheque, e-transfer, cash, or debit/credit card at the hall (please note there is a fee for card transactions).
